June 26th Republican Primary Election Runoff in Dorchester County

All polling locations will be open from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, tomorrow, June 26th for the Republican Primary Election Runoff.

Residents who did not vote in a primary election can still vote in the runoff.

Voters may not switch parties from the primary i.e. if a resident participated in the Democratic Primary Election they cannot participate in the Republican Runoff. There is no Democratic runoff in Dorchester County.

The Republican Runoff ballot will only include the offices of Governor and Attorney General.

Residents will vote at the same polling location as the June 12th Primary. The only location change is Knightsville UMC will be using the church gym instead of the Fellowship Hall.

A valid photo ID must be presented to vote.

Reminders

The polling location at Summerville High School is in the ROTC building on Boone Hill Road.

Dubose Middle School and Reeves Elementary School are right across from each other, and voters often go to the wrong location. The Clemson, Clemson 2 and Clemson 3 precincts vote at Dubose (1005 Dubose School Road) The Butternut precinct votes at Reeves (1003 Dubose School Road).

Oakbrook Middle School and Oakbrook Elementary School are next to each other, and voters often go to the wrong location. The Oakbrook and Oakbrook 2 precincts vote at Oakbrook Middle (286 Old Fort Drive). The Tranquil. Tranquil 2 and Tranquil 3 precincts vote at Oakbrook Elementary (306 Old Fort Drive).

The polling location at Alston Middle School is in the gym. The closest parking area is between Alston Middle School and Alston-Bailey Elementary School.
