Dorchester County Water and Sewer Upgrade Online Payment System

Post Date:07/31/2019 12:00 PM

To better serve customers, Dorchester County Water and Sewer will implement a new online payment system, effective Thursday, August 1, 2019.

The new payment system offers many improved features, including real-time balance information, automatic recurring payments, and no processing fee.

Unfortunately, customers will no longer be able to schedule recurring payments via a checking account or American Express.

Customers who elect to continue making/begin making recurring payments using a Visa or MasterCard will need to make the first payment on or after August 1 and select the recurring payment option. The balance on the account will be charged monthly to the credit card on file on the due date of the bill.

All account numbers will remain the same.

Dorchester County Water and Sewer encourages customers to set up their new recurring payment through the user-friendly payment portal available on this site on or after August 1, 2019.

Dorchester County Water and Sewer Director, Larry Harper said “We are excited to provide our customers this heightened level of service.” Harper added, “We are confident that the new system will make transactions easier and less time consuming for our customers and our staff.”
