County Advances Work on 2025-2030 Strategic Plan Through Performance Measure Planning

On January 13, 2026, Dorchester County leaders convened to discuss performance measures for the County’s new 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. These measures are designed to strengthen government operations and improve efficiency by enabling staff to identify potential challenges early, respond promptly, and make informed, data-driven decisions that positively impact County services and operations.
