The Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Dorchester County will conduct a public test of the ExpressVote (BMDs) and DS300 Precinct Scanners for the upcoming Statewide June Primaries. The voting equipment used for our Early Voting locations and Election Day polling places will be tested and sealed beginning on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and will continue each business day at 9:30 a.m. until completion. The voting equipment that will be used to tabulate Absentee By-Mail ballots is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on June 9, 2026. All preparation and testing will take place at the Dorchester County Elections Warehouse, located at 235 Deming Way, Summerville SC 29483. All interested persons are to attend.
