The Dorchester County Water and Sewer Department has launched a new utility billing software and online payment portal designed for a more user friendly and reliable experience.

All Dorchester County Water and Sewer customers should create a new online account with a new login and reset any recurring payments in the new system. Customers can visit the new Citizen Engagement Utility Billing website to begin setting up their accounts.

Other ways to pay water and sewer bills include:

- Mail payment to 235 Deming Way, Summerville, SC 29483. Each monthly bill includes a payment stub and return envelope.

- After-hours drop box located at the front door of the Water and Sewer Building at 235 Deming Way in Summerville.
