Fees

If applicable, the requester/requesting organization will be responsible for all costs related to the fulfillment of records requests. 

Section 30-4-30(C) of South Carolina Law:

Allow a minimum of ten (10) business days excluding weekends and observed holidays for a response to a request for records that are two years old, or less. 

Allow a minimum of twenty (20) business days excluding weekends and observed holidays for a response to a request for records that are more than two years old.
