As of November 1, 2019 all State Tax Liens are listed on the South Carolina Department of Revenue's State Tax Lien Registry.
Public Notice
Act 58 (R78. H3243) took effect on August 1, 2019.
No grace period will be offered as none is outlined in the statute. It is our intention to give as much notice as possible and we ask that you make yourself and your staff familiar with the changes.

The revised fee schedule is available on this site. Copies are also available upon request in the Register of Deeds Office.
