Dorchester County Water & Sewer is pleased to offer several payment options for the convenience of our customers.
To better serve you, Dorchester County Water and Sewer implemented a new online payment system, effective Thursday August 1, 2019. The new payment system offers many improved features, including real-time balance information and account history and usage information.
Unfortunately, customers will no longer be able to schedule recurring payments via a checking account or American Express. Should you elect to continue making recurring payments using a Visa or MasterCard, you will need to make the first payment on or after August 1 and select the recurring payment option. The balance on the account will be charged to the credit card on file on the due date of your bill.
Note: You will be redirected to a third party payment site powered by Logics.
The full account number consist of two parts. The account number (ex: 1234567.00) and the tenant number (ex: 98). These two parts have to be entered separately when making a payment. The tenant number is always the last two digits of the account number.
Pay By Mail
You can choose to mail your check or money order to our office at 235 Deming Way Summerville, South Carolina 29483.A payment stub and return envelope are in each month's bill for your convenience. Please place your water and/or sewer account number at the bottom of your check to ensure proper credit.
Pay By Phone
You can choose to pay your water and/or sewer bill over the phone. Call (877) 201-4602 for 24-hour service. You will need your account number.
We have an after-hours drop box located by the front door of the Water & Sewer Building. The Water & Sewer Building is located at 235 Deming Way Summerville, SC 29483.
