We’ve Upgraded Our Billing System!

We’re excited to share that Dorchester County Water & Sewer has launched a new utility billing software and online payment portal designed to give you a smoother, more reliable experience.

Because this is a brand‑new system, you’ll need to create a new online account. Your old login will no longer work, and any recurring payments you previously set up must be entered again. Please await your first bill from the new system in the mail to obtain your new account number, which will have the new number listed.

• Prefer to mail your payment? Each monthly bill includes a payment stub and return envelope. Mail to: 235 Deming Way, Summerville, SC 29483
• For added convenience, an after‑hours drop box is located at the front door of the Water & Sewer Building.
• Pay online anytime at Citizen Engagement Utility Billing. Please note: our third‑party vendor charges a convenience fee.
