Dorchester County released the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, a comprehensive roadmap to guide the County’s decision-making, resource allocation, and service delivery over the next several years.

The purpose of the plan is to define a clear direction for the County’s future, ensuring alignment of daily operations and long-term initiatives with the community’s needs and expectations.
